As the author of the Parental Medical Choice Act HB4149, I support Florida’s Parental Rights Education Bill, or as many refer to it, the “Anti-Grooming Bill” which bans teachers from teaching our children ages 3-9 on gender identity as well as other sexual content.
As a parent, I find Illinois House Majority Leader Harris’ opposition to this bill to be beyond abhorrent. The Democrats, under the guise of being pro-LGBTQ, aim to remove the innocence from our children and indoctrinate them with the belief that the root of one’s identity is their sexual orientation and not their character.
We as parents must demand a transparent system where the curriculum is readily accessible via online platforms, as well as access to Live Streaming in the Classroom. Parents should have confidence in what is being taught to their children by means of transparency in the classroom.
If elected, I will make it my mission to act as a voice for the parents in Illinois and put an end to the desensitization of sexual content in the classrooms. I will write legislation to combat the sexual exploitation of our children and give the Illinois Education System back to the parents where it belongs!
