On March 4, Afshan Taranum purchased a home at 2935 Spinnaker Drive, Aurora from Veronica and Ghenadie Prohor and Veronica Secu for $385,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $8,682.98. This is 2.26% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 27, 2015. It last sold for $247,500.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Aurora as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ghenadie Prohor has been registered to vote since 2016. Veronica Prohor has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2935 Spinnaker Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ghenadie Prohor, 36, Veronica Prohor, and Angela L Andrews, 56.
