On March 2, Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee) and 8002364803 CTLTC sold their home at 304 Robin Hill Drive, Shorewood to Joel Bermudez for $290,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,448.92, 2.22% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Shorewood in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Vera Close, 84, was the only registered voter residing at 304 Robin Hill Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
