On March 2, William T. and Kristine R. McKeown sold their home at 2408 Comstock Court, Naperville to Vinay V. and Preeti V. Raikar for $828,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,812.82, 1.79% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Naperville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William Todd McKeown has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. William T. McKeown has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2408 Comstock Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Todd McKeown, 56, Tobin J. McKeown, and William T. McKeown, 31.
