On Feb. 25, Byron III and Sharis D. Bonham sold their home at 240 Poplar Lane, Beecher to Hakeem O. and Shakirat B. Lawal for $367,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,459.28, 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $279,900 on Aug. 21, 2017.

So far in February 2022, six properties sold in Beecher.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sharis D. Bonham has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries. Byron Bonham has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
