On Feb. 23, James and Donna Jordan Family Trust purchased a home at 676 S. Cadillac Circle, Romeoville from Mary Louise Geiger (trustee), Nick Forzley (attorney-in-fact) and Mary Louise Geiger (revocable living trust) for $225,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,938.40, which is 1.31% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 22 properties sold in Romeoville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary L. Geiger (89) has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
