On Feb. 23, Richa Singhal purchased a home at 4016 Heron Court, Naperville from David W. and Jamie L. Higer for $612,000.

This home last sold on June 29, 2006 for $539,000.

This property is one of 17 sales so far in Naperville in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jamie L. Higer has been registered to vote since 2008. David William Higer has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
