The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,383.30, 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 16, 2017 for $173,000.

So far in February 2022, 17 properties sold in Lockport.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert Michael Walus has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Hannah Elizabeth Walus has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
