On Jan. 31, Jiang Chen and Xin Wang purchased a home at 21450 W. Franklin Circle, Lakewood Falls from Chicago Trust Co. (trustee) and BEV5028 Ctc for $222,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,713.88, which is 1.22% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Lakewood Falls.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 21450 W. Franklin Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alec C. Myers, and Wayne T. Becker, 78.
