I. COMMENTS BY PUBLIC
Chair Winfrey entertained public comments. There was one (1) in-person and four (4) public comment emails. Executive Director Schultz introduced Kathleen Konicki who spoke regarding the Deer Management Program in Homer Glen with respect to Messenger Woods Nature Preserve and her opposition with the Deer Management Program. Executive Director Schultz read four (4) emails from Andy Panelli, Deboer Woods Homeowners Association, Homer Glen, IL, Joseph Turrise, Homer Glen, IL, Tracy Panepinto, Lockport, IL and Randy Juras, Lockport, IL, regarding their opposition of the Deer Management Program in Messenger Woods Nature Preserve.
