The home at 337 W. Corning Ave., Peotone was sold on Jan. 27 by Donna M. Breault (trustee) and M. Breault Donna (trust) for $230,000. The buyers were Jacob E. and Heather L. Goodspeed.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,770.58. This is 1.2% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 10 properties sold in Peotone.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Donna M. Breault has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 337 W. Corning Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna M. Breault, 52, and Nathaniel Breault.
