On Jan. 27, Randall D. and Angele Hileman and Angele Jatkauskiene sold their home at 25248 S. Stoney Island Ave., Crete to Rodney J Henry Sr. for $306,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,447.06, 2.11% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 25, 2005 for $214,000.

So far in January 2022, 31 properties sold in Crete.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angele Hileman has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 25248 S. Stoney Island Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Angele Hileman, 65, and Randy D. Hileman, 62.
