On Jan. 27, Raimondas Asmonas and Rimante Vencovsky purchased a home at 15056 W. Sagebrush Lane, Lockport from Mark R. Lobes for $250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,104.06, 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 50 properties sold in Lockport.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mark Robert Lobes (43) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
