444 Indianwood Blvd., Park Forest acquired by Tatiana McGuire

The home at 444 Indianwood Blvd., Park Forest was sold on Jan. 27 by Eric Hans and Susan Schuler and Gloria Schuler (estate) for $106,000. The buyer was Tatiana McGuire.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,133.96, 3.9% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 10 properties sold in Park Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eric Hans Schuler has been registered to vote since 2005. Gloria N. Schuler has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
