The home at 129 S. Palmer Drive, Bolingbrook was sold on Jan. 28 by Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (successor trustee) and 130591 CTLTC for $435,000. The buyers were Nicholas Ward Stocchero and Joell Kristen Shepperson.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $10,534.98, 2.42% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 91 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 129 S. Palmer Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stacey P. Andrews, 53, Jace H. Vitulli, 24, and Peter William Andrews, 54.
