The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,980.72, 2.17% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Fairmont so far in January 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Laura S. Kolmodin (56) has been registered to vote since 2002 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
