On Jan. 24, D. Shinn James (trust) purchased a home at 305 N. Harlem Ave., Peotone from Gary Clausing (heir), Donna Werner (heir), Cheryl Ingerson (heir) and Elouise M. Clausing (estate) for $250,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,712.08. This is 1.08% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Peotone in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Elouise Clausing (95) has been registered to vote since 1948 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
