On Jan. 24, Kathleen Pucel (successor trustee), Marilyn-Successor Trustees Rak, J. and Ann V. Furto Frank (revocable living trust) sold their home at 1919 Highland Ave., Crest Hill to John M. Hayes for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,104.56, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 16 properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ann Furto has been registered to vote since 1952 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1919 Highland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Frank J Furto, 99, Daniel Blackburn, Francine Blackburn, 61, and Ann Furto, 99.
