In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,407.36, which is 1.09% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 80 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nora S. Challender (73) has been registered to vote since 2003.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
