The home at 16004 S. Windmill Drive, Windmill Estates was sold on Jan. 26 by Elsie Pennoyer (trustee) and Elsie Pennoyer (revocable trust) for $580,000. The buyer was Svajunas Vaupsas.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $12,441.58, which is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Windmill Estates as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Elsie Pennoyer (57) has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
