The home at 28 Coventry Chase, Joliet was sold on Jan. 26 by Joseph J Turk Jr., Kathryn Turk Neilson and Carolyn Turk Minik for $300,000. The buyer was Robert J. Will.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,997.34, 2.67% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 148 properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph Turk has been registered to vote since 1954 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 28 Coventry Chase as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lois R. Turk, 87, and Joseph Turk, 88.
