On Dec. 30, Michael Maher and Roberto Leal purchased a home at 776 Lake Road, New Lenox from Eric M Fraser for $188,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,379.64, which is 2.33% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 27, 2007 for $178,000.

So far in December 2021, 77 properties sold in New Lenox.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eric M Fraser has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 776 Lake Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eric M Fraser, 37, and Andrew D. Cullen, 35.
