On Dec. 29, Wendy Orloff-Bowman and John Phillip Bowman purchased a property at 14631 S. Saddle Brooke Lane, Homer Glen from Gary L. and Kathryn R. Moore for $400,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,917.44. This is 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 33 properties sold in Homer Glen.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gary L. Moore (69) has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
