On Sept. 30, David A. Brorsen and Sherylynn C Johnson sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2122 Alpine Way, Joliet to Anna M. Brankiewicz and Grzegorz Brankiewicz for $311,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,448.88, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 18, 2013 for $173,000.

So far in September 2021, 190 properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Allan Brorsen has been registered to vote since 2011 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary. Sherylynn C. Johnson has been registered to vote since 2011 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
