On Sept. 29, Patrick Martin O'Janovac and Julie Liane Creed-O'Janovac sold their home at 5705 Riviera Blvd., Joliet to Tonya Dionne Staley for $335,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $8,166.58, which is 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 30 properties sold in Joliet.
