The home at 206 Fossil Cove Lane, Braidwood was sold on Sept. 22 by Michael and Steve Olewinski, Michele Salustro and Tina Seiler for $175,000. The buyer was Charlee A. Perfetto.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,954.10, 1.69% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 16 properties sold in Braidwood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 206 Fossil Cove Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stanley J. Olewinski, 85, and LA Mora G. Olewinski, 85.
