On Sept. 17, Aamna Malik and Awais Khalid sold their home at 417 Claire Ave., Romeoville to Luis F Andrade Vargas for $290,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,430.68, which is 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 23, 2017 for $139,921.

So far in September 2021, 17 properties sold in Romeoville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Aamna Malik has been registered to vote since 2017. Awais Khalid has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 417 Claire Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aamna Malik, 29, Awais Khalid, and Alejandro M. Calleros, 26.
