On Sept. 17, Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (successor trustee), Harris (trustee) and 9023 CTLTC & Har sold their home at 13137 W. Beaver Lake Drive, Homer Glen to Nathen and Eman Akharas for $597,500.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $10,757.90. This is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Homer Glen.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 13137 W. Beaver Lake Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rudy Fazio, 70, Paige Ann Kindernay, 26, Maria P. Fazio, 63, and Cheryl A. Kindernay, 65.
