On Aug. 23, Andrew and Catrina Wroblewski purchased a home at 211 Fremont Ave., Romeoville from Susan Wenzler (trustee) and E. Florence Paul (living trust) for $139,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,600.18, 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 45 properties sold in Romeoville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Paul E. Florence, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 211 Fremont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
