On Sept. 13, Fatima Hasan purchased a home at 7835 Lakeside Drive, Tinley Park from John D. Dramisino (trustee), Debra E. Dramisino (trustee) and Dramisino Family (revocable living trust) for $390,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,191.78, which is 3.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Tinley Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 7835 Lakeside Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anthony Dramisino, 29, and Johnny D. Dramisino, 62.
