The home at 1703 Augusta Lane, Shorewood was sold on Sept. 14 by Michael J. McDormett (trustee) and Revocable Joint Tenancy McDormett (living trust) for $255,000. The buyer was Elizabeth A. Rios.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,316.86, 1.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 17 properties sold in Shorewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael J. McDormett has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1703 Augusta Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bette J MC Dormett, 92, and Michael J. McDormett, 88.
