2332 Newport Drive, Naperville purchased by Nicole and Curtis M. Welch

On Sept. 15, Nicole and Curtis M. Welch purchased a home at 2332 Newport Drive, Naperville from Christine Kemp (trustee) and Christine Kemp (trust) for $450,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,508.68, 1.89% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 20 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christine Kemp has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2332 Newport Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christine Kemp, 71, and Robert V. Kemp, 73.
