On Sept. 9, Charles E. Lewis III (trustee) and E. Lewis III and Karen Lewis Charles (living trust) sold their property at 13940 S. Derby Drive, Homer Glen to Jason and Monica Tooth for $350,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,420.06. This is 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Homer Glen.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charles E. Lewis has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries. Karen Lewis has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
