On Sept. 10, Cryspal Jones purchased a home at 315 Emery Ave., Romeoville from Garcia Group LLC for $275,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,922.58, 2.52% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 13 sales so far in Romeoville in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cindy K Wing, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 315 Emery Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
