On Sept. 10, Michelle and Kevin Magnusson purchased a home at 16034 Arborvitae Circle, Crest Hill from Stephen K. Wong for $275,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,255.16, which is 2.27% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stephen K. Wong (50) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
