On Sept. 7, Kunjlata N. and Narsinbhai Patel sold their five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 339 Clubhouse St., Bolingbrook to Sarnawaz Ali and Fatima N. Khan for $425,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,562.44, 2.72% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 30, 2015. It last sold for $305,000.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kunjlata N. Patel has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 339 Clubhouse St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Purvi N. Patel, 40, and Kunjlata N. Patel, 69.
