The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,501.46, 3.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 92 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kevin A. Dilks has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1082 Jennifer Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin A. Dilks, 58, and Mark A. Preston.
