On Sept. 3, Jason P. and Lanita Cates sold their home at 15860 S. Weathervane Way, Plainfield to David J. Desgarennes for $375,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $8,376.44, which is 2.23% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $267,900 on March 8, 2002.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Plainfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jason P. Cates has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Jason Cates has been registered to vote since 2018.
