On Aug. 30, Antonio Lorenzo Dangergield and Diane Lynn Dangerfield purchased a home at 2 Ennis Court, Bolingbrook from Christian Lenikus (trustee), Lenikus Christian (trust), Janet Deaton-Lenikus (trustee) and Deaton-Lenikus Janet (trust) for $511,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $15,213.52, which is 2.98% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 29, 2016. It last sold for $358,000.

So far in August 2021, 90 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Janet Deaton-Lenikus has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2 Ennis Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Janet Deaton-Lenikus, 57, Joseph R Oliva, 71, Concetta J Oliva, 77, Christian Karl Franz Lenikus, 48, and Joetta a Oliva, 36.
