On Aug. 31, Jeffrey Powell purchased a home at 303 Prideland Drive, Shorewood from Timothy M. Lennon (trustee) and Kevin D. and Lynn E. Lennon Family (living trust) for $289,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,952.58, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 27 properties sold in Shorewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lynn E. Lennon has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Kevin D. Lennon has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
