On Aug. 31, Siddhesh Maddhusudan Barot and AMI Siddhesh Barot purchased a home at 2620 Wendy Drive, Naperville from Theodore F. and Sarah J. Gradel for $710,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $13,932.92, which is 1.96% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 3, 2008 for $625,000.
