The home at 505 Rockhurst Road, Bolingbrook was sold on Aug. 31 by Clyde E. and Mychelle D. Nash and Lisa L. Kinser (attorney-in-fact) for $265,000. The buyers were Forrest Williams and Stephanie Graham.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,010.72, 2.27% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 90 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Clyde E. Nash has been registered to vote since 1983 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries. Clyde E.
