On Aug. 31, Reid and Megan Mitchell purchased a property at 13894 W. Stonebridge Woods Crossing, Homer Glen from Ammar Al-Qaraien and Olla Alhomsi for $638,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $15,710.56, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $420,000 on March 11, 2010.

So far in August 2021, 38 properties sold in Homer Glen.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Olla M. D. Al-Homsi, 38, was the only registered voter residing at 13894 W. Stonebridge Woods Crossing as of Oct. 10, 2020.
