Gabriel and Ana M. Ocampo purchase 1705 Root St., Crest Hill

On Aug. 23, Tracy Taranto (trustee) and Leroy Mihelich 1110717 (irrevocable trust) sold their home at 1705 Root St., Crest Hill to Gabriel and Ana M. Ocampo for $220,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,291.96, 1.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 25 properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Le Roy Mihelich has been registered to vote since 1956.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1705 Root St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Le Roy Mihelich, 90, Kathleen Mihelich, 88, and Le Roy Michael Mihelich, 60.
