On Aug. 23, C. Daniel Faride (trust) and Mary Elkhoury (trustee) sold their home at 809 Edgerton Drive, Joliet to Aparicio Aide K Garcia, Oscar M. De Los Reyes Barrera and Reyes Barrera Oscar M De Los for $255,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,960.08, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 13, 2009 for $90,000.

So far in August 2021, eight properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Faride C. Daniel, 80, was the only registered voter residing at 809 Edgerton Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
