The property at 18128 S. Farrell Road, Lockport was sold on Aug. 19 by Mary Peceniak (successor trustee), L. Gariboldi Patricia (living trust) and J. Gariboldi Richard (living trust) for $435,000. The buyer was Jesus Guitierrez.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,132.14, 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Aug. 18, 2021 for $125,000.

So far in August 2021, 40 properties sold in Lockport.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mark R. Gariboldi, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 18128 S. Farrell Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
