July 2021: Aurora (Will County) experienced a 66.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Aurora in Will County rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 66.7% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Aurora in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,675, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
