Median home prices in Monee fell to $185,000 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Monee fell by $32,250 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 14.8% decrease over the $217,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Monee in July 2020.
