On Aug. 5, Jonathan Bottorff and Nicole Stachnik purchased a home at 4 Penny Court, Bolingbrook from Maribel Centeno for $356,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $9,595.50, which is 2.7% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, 14 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Maribel Centeno (58) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
