On July 30, Marta A. Sitek and Dhairyasheel S Ghanwat purchased a home at 2905 Lahinch Court, Aurora from Eric S. and Jennifer L. Hadik for $420,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,420, 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 16 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eric Hadik has been registered to vote since 2003. Jennifer Hadik has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2905 Lahinch Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jordynn Elizabeth Hadik, 28, Joshua Hadik, Eric Hadik, 58, and Jennifer Hadik, 55.
